You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. We write from that information and do not add qualifications, employment history or achievements you have not given us.
No guarantee of outcomes
Hiring decisions are made by employers. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, applicant tracking system scores or any other hiring outcome.
Turnaround
Where a turnaround is stated, it is counted in business days (Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern) and begins at the next business hour after your intake is complete and payment has been received.
Ownership
Once your order is paid, the finished documents are yours to use, edit and share.
